About Cool Feet
Hello! My name is Cindy Schultz. My home and my business is located in eastern Iowa about four
miles from the Mississippi river and about 135 miles west of
Chicago, IL. My husband, Larry, and I live on a farm that produces corn and soy beans. We used to
raise cattle too and, of course, a few barn cats. We also love to spend time with all of our 15
grandchildren! In the winter, from December to mid-April, we travel south, mainly to Florida, but
we used to go to Arizona.
While in Arizona nearly four years ago, I happened to see a sign that read: "GO TOPLESS...GO BARE"
at a huge outdoor function in Quartzsite. I decided to go into the booth to have a look around.
What I found was a product called "topless sandals" and they intrigued me. I bought my first pair
and I love them from the start. I had folks coming up to me to ask me how they worked. I said "I
don't know, but I love them!!"
Right then I decided that I wanted to take several pairs and try to sell them. I ordered my first
100 pairs and I was on the road. They sold quickly, so I ordered more and more. The rest is history!!
Since that date, I've been selling these at craft shows, fairs, flea markets, in RV parks, and at
various festivals. My biggest show was the Southern Women's Show in Nashville, TN in April.
Between 35,000 and 40,000 women were there and we sold lots of sandals!!
A year ago the company phoned me to see if I'd be interested in becoming a rep for them. They were
doing things differently with ordering and they needed reps in North America. After
some thought, I decided to go ahead with it. There are four of us that serve the U.S.A. and Canada and
supply other distributors with product.
I am enjoying every day of my business. I am able to travel and work at the same time. I have met
some of the nicest folks in the world, and I have lots of repeat business. I take pride in my work
and give the best service I can to all of my customers, both retail and wholesale. If anyone is
